Sorry I've been quiet lately, but school has got me working on a couple separate projects. One that I'm sharing with you guys is for my Non-Linear Interactive Storytelling class (can you believe I got to take a course with a name like that?). For our final project, we were put into groups to create a design document for a hypothetical game. We don't have near enough time or skill to create the game in one semester, but I can't say I mind- I gave myself the job of creating concept art, after all.
The concept here is a Nordic-themed fighting game for the iPad; using your finger to tap, swipe, and hold on a grid overlay makes your fighter move and attack. Players are able to customize their character with new gear they can unlock using coins they earn in multiplayer Arena, or in the single-player Arcade mode. I'll be posting some other pieces on here, but this is basically what the fights look like (without the grid, of course).
EDIT: Fixed up interface for consistency with other menus that I designed. Mostly just replaced the timer.
